Instructions: Discard Chili’s (I use a small strainer and empty the chili’s and sauce into the strainer over my blender and then pour the coke over the chilis to get the sauce off them). Put all ingredients in the blender and blend it. Pour over tenderloin in crockpot. Cook for 7-8 hours (usually 7). After 6 hours pull the meat out, shred it and sprinkle with brown sugar (lots of brown sugar). Then put meat back in the crockpot to let the meat finish cooking the remaining hour. How much brown sugar you use depends on how sweet you want your meat to be.
